The Women’s Ministry has sprung into action. Many outreach activities are planned for the Ladies of Cambridge once a month to share God’s love with others.

WOMEN’S EVENING BIBLE STUDY
EVENING BIBLE STUDY:  The ladies evening bible study began on January 13th. We meet each Thursday from 7-8:30pm. We are studying the names of God in the Bible…That They May Know Thee was Jesus’ prayer to His Father for us. But how can a person know God? A powerful way of coming to know Him better is through knowing and understanding His names. There are at least 16 different Hebrew names for God in the Old Testament, and each one focuses on a different aspect of God’s character. By examining the meaning of these names, this unique study leads you to a deeper understanding of God’s attributes, His Nature and His Love. Please contact Michelle Banholzer for further details.

WOMEN’S MORNING BIBLE STUDY
The ladies morning bible study began on February 1st. We meet each Tuesday morning at 10:00am. The study will be 8 weeks long. Please contact Carla Owen for more details.

The Women’s Ministry is sponsoring a series of cooking classes for the next three months as an extension of their outreach for Christian fellowship at Cambridge.  We are hoping that this program will reach some of our visitors as well as Cambridge Men and Women and friends.The first class is scheduled for Tuesday, February 8 at 6:00 p.m. in the Church Kitchen.  We will be making up a “Cookie-Swap Class” that cancelled earlier due to snow. Women only.The March Class will be pies.  Each person attending the class will make a pie to take home to his or her family and one to give to someone.  After the class, each of us will enjoy a candlelight dinner together.  Casseroles are on the schedule for April.There is no charge for the class.  If you are interested, please let me know quickly, as we can only handle twelve cooks, “rubbing elbows in the kitchen”, at the same time.  I know you will be glad you came.Libby Benton
